Florida Gulf Coast University has joined in a unique partnership with Adventure Training Concepts to offer a certification of completion for key experiential programs focusing on leadership, teamwork and organizational development. These programs have been created to help improve organizations in business and industry, higher education, health care, and government.

The program modules include an innovative combination of teaching and practical application with quick blocks of concentrated instruction, guided task analysis, practical application of introduced concepts in an adventure environment, and review of effectiveness and parallels in real-world situations.

The focus of each program is customized to target areas that need strengthening within a particular group or organization.
