Nick Wackym
Director of Air Operations
A veteran USAF Air Commando, Nick has spent a career developing, executing and leading clandestine air operations world-wide. His "tip-of-the-spear" operations, which range from Latin America to the Middle East, have been conducted in support of counter-terrorism and counter-insurgency NCA objectives. Often called to be "first in, last out", he has perfected out of the box thinking in order to ensure the survival of his team and accomplish his mission in isolated, exceptionally high risk, "must not fail" environments. His specific expertise is in clandestine air support to counter-terrorism and hostage rescue operations. Qualified as a pilot in over 17 different aircraft including helicopters, gunships and STOL aircraft, he has logged combat time in every campaign since 1984. A graduate of the College of Charleston with graduate studies in counter-insurgency, Nick has studied and taught the art of discretionary warfare. He is a graduate of advanced SERE, driving and shooting schools along with multiple USAF flight schools.
