Bonding type training programs target groups that may not have worked together on a regular basis, as well as organizations where the members are new to the team or just starting out. This program, as in our competitive program is high energy and allows for interpersonal growth within the team. In addition, it fosters “Espirit De Corps” within an organization and is the perfect way to bring together new teams and/or re-establish old ones.

This program begins with the group first divided up into teams. Each team is briefed and given a predetermined series of missions to accomplish. Each mission must be accomplished in the series using all available resources and teammates with the only path to success through total teamwork.

While the teams are accomplishing each additional mission, our expert trainers assist the teams in understanding the dynamics of team to task and the interpersonal member relationships the bonding environment. This program utilizes team dependency values such as trust, mental agility, sensitivity, and relationship building.
