Extreme TypeTraining Programs
Don't tell people how to do things, tell them what to do and let them surprise you with their results.
~ George S. Patton

Extreme type training programs target groups that are looking for a multi-echelon day of team building that is physically and mentally challenging. This program is for the adventurous! There are a wide variety of events that fall into this category with each event leading your group to self-discovery as they learn more about themselves and those they work with.

It is designed to energize existing and new teams through a series of wilderness events that include but are not limited to: Land Navigation Treks, Water Crossing Techniques, Canoeing, Military Special Operations Missions, and Survival Stations. This program will challenge your employees to work in small units to achieve what most people consider the unachievable!

The groups will be divided into teams which will then be given a mission to accomplish. Each team is assigned a facilitator or team coach. Each team will be required to devise a plan, brief the plan, rehearse the plan, and execute the plan. Once their mission is complete, our trained Facilitator will conduct a detailed review of the mission. This unique approach to team building trains a small group to deal with quickly changing and diverse situations against challenging odds.
